Rapid City Real Estate Agents
Rob’s pre-real estate years were that of an entrepreneur having purchased, operated, and sold numerous businesses in the area. His first business was by accident while enlisted in the US Army and stationed in Germany. He had won Top-Gun honors as a tanker gunner which came with the coveted privilege of being allowed to have a European driver’s license. Rob turned this opportunity into his first of 28 businesses—a taxi service for other enlisted servicemen. Among the list of local businesses he has owned are Aqua Pure Water, the Ranch Amusement Park, Coldwell Banker LKH, and Black Hills Doors.
Jami, a University of Notre Dame graduate, spent her early career years living in some of the nation’s larger cities as a Marketing Sales Engineer. She is an asset to clients moving as a result of job relocation because she has been down that road. Her less known story is that she bought her first home at age 21. Her Realtor, Lucille age 70, did not want to help her buy it as it was a TRUE Fixer-upper in a rougher neighborhood. But, with a little convincing, Lucille wrote Jami’s offer on the 1875 brick Victorian with 12’ ceilings. It was a fun 3 year project and Jami sold it for a nice profit. Jami was hooked!
